Tobias Wann (born 1972 in Hanover) is married and has a daughter. He studied business administration at the Mannheim University of Cooperative Education and economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke (including a period at UCLA, Los Angeles). During his studies, he started his own business in the field of IT security and later sold the company to the US group VeriSign. After 10 years in IT security, Tobias moved into the online travel industry for many years - first as General Manager of the US company HomeAway (now part of Expedia) and then as CEO of the Dutch @Leisure Group. After a brief stint in the fintech segment as CEO of Munich-based Xempus AG, Tobias has been CEO of tonies since January 2024.
Dr. Jan Middelhoff was born in Dusseldorf in 1983, is married and father of a daughter. He holds a triple diploma from ESCP Europe and a PhD from RWTH Aachen University. In his previous role, he advised clients in the consumer goods and retail sectors at McKinsey & Company. Jan joined tonies as Chief of Staff in May 2020 and held several positions in the company, including Managing Director International Markets and Interim CFO. In May 2023, Jan was appointed CFO, leading the Finance and Legal as well as Strategy and Corporate Communications teams.
Ginny McCormick has held marketing leadership roles at Zappos.com, Amazon Hub, Hasbro, Mattel Interactive, and Reebok. Most recently, McCormick served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Zappos.com, where she oversaw all marketing, consumer insights, brand collaboration, and co-op advertising activities. During her tenure at Hasbro, she built a worldwide media organization and led go-to-market strategies for a prestigious portfolio of brands, including Nerf, Monopoly, Transformers, Play-Doh, and My Little Pony. Ginny McCormick joined tonies as Chief Experience Officer (CXO) on September 2, 2024.
Christian Bailly serves as Chairman of the tonies SE Supervisory Board and is Managing Partner at Armira. Prior to that he was a Principal at KKR Capstone and worked as Consultant at Boston Consulting Group.
Erika Wykes-Sneyd is Global Vice President and General Manager of adidas /// studios, establishing how the sport-lifestyle brand advances the open Metaverse across blockchain, collectables, gaming and immersive experiences. Prior, she was the Global CMO for adidas originals, collaborations and basketball and worked for several renowned companies including PayPal, Uber, Google and Sony PlayStation.
